Spring time VW weddings

YES, finally it’s all happening for 2015…just as the buds are starting to spring into colour, so is the VW wedding season.

Our first spring wedding was a barn storming occasion. Huge LOVE letters, a bride who had a Beetle called Jack years ago, bouncing flowergirls, and bushy beards. Sleepy Jean and Bluebell set off from Waterlooville and travelled up to Fitzleroi Barn, with their white sash bows and flowers dancing in the breeze.

The day whizzed by so quickly, that Helen & James hardly had time to take in the excitement and activity of the day. Ah, think we made some new friends there.

Becky & Rob

We first met Becky and Rob at the Petersfield Summer Festival in 2014 when we were parked up in the high street with lots of other classics. We’d communicated over colours and styles, and wanted to add some discrete festival touches in the campervan. Becky wanted ivory bows and we also mixed in some grey and pink which were their theme colours.

On a glorious spring Saturday, Sleepy Jean headed off to Petersfield, this time with Betty the white convertible Beetle to collect the bridal party. We had a few little surprises in side the campervan which made things nice and personal for them. We just love it when our couples spot the little surprises – it really does add that extra touch.
