Our aim is to provide a very personal service which you will remember for many years to come, after all, your wedding day is a once in a lifetime experience and we want you to have a truly fantastic adventure.  Key information is given here – please ask if you are unsure of anything.

Insurance, maintenance & route planning

Our vehicles are covered by comprehensive vehicle insurance, wedding insurance, and public liability insurance.  We follow procedures and schedules to keep everything fully maintained.  We plan ahead for most eventualities and build in contingency measures for extra time.

Coverage: For our standard service, we operate within a 25 mile zone from Waterlooville to minimise the risk of problems occurring, such as delay due to congestion or accessing remote areas.  This typically covers Horndean, Blendworth, Rowlands Castle, Emsworth, Hayling Island, Demnead, Wickham, Bishops Waltham, Botley, the Meons, Buriton, Petersfield, Chichester, The Witterings,Southsea, Portsmouth, Gosport and Fareham.).  If your pick up, ceremony, and reception venues are outside of this area, please ask us.

On the day

We want you to enjoy the journey, get maximum time with your chosen vehicle, and get great photographs.  Weddings booked with us are not rushed and each vehicle carries out only one wedding a day. 

All wedding journeys are different, but as a guide, we will (1) collect you from your pick up point, (2) drive you to your ceremony, (3) drive you to your special place for photographs and time out, and then (4) drive you to your reception.  We endeavour to arrive 20 minutes early so that you can relax knowing we are ready and waiting.   Celebration drinks are normally served after the ceremony, although this depends on suitable parking. Following photographs at your reception, we discretely leave you to enjoy the rest of your special day.

Trimmings

Our standard service contains a choice of ribbons and bows (different styles, fabric and colours are available), refreshing elderflower tonic water, a choice of silk and fabric flowers for the interior, roof rack and bumper.  We also keep umbrellas and fans to hand, just in case.  If you would like additional trimmings such as champagne, fresh flowers, & nibbles, please ask for a quote or select our Premium service.  You are of course very welcome to provide your own. Please note that drinks are served when we are stationery to avoid spillage.

Our Premium service is an indulgent service with an exceptional display of high quality silk flowers on our bumpers, a flower arch on our camper vans side entrance, a bottle of celebration drink served from a rustic container, and extra time for you to enjoy your experience with our classics.

Prop hire

Our prop hire is aimed at weddings where couples need to hire in their own supplies (e.g. a barn or festival site).  It is normal to set up the day before the wedding/reception and to collect the day after the party!  All heavy props and those which need specialist set up and dismantling, is done by us to avoid personal injury and damage.  All props have their own instructions which are supplied.  A signature of hire is required.  Breakages or damages will be charged for.
